Unless prior approval is requested, linking codes provided in the affiliate program must be used to track sales, and used only on the website that has been approved by KindNotes during account verification. Because we do not offer public discount codes, they may not be placed on sites offering discounts, promotions, codes, etc. nor can they be promoted using words such as coupons, savings, discount, promotions, etc.

You hereby agree that your site will not resemble the look and feel of our site.

KindNotes shall not be liable to any party, including Affiliate, for any claim, liability, suit, action, judgment, loss, costs, expenses or other damages related to or in connection with the Affiliate website(s).

Tracking links placed on third party sites are not allowed. Commissions will be paid once your account balance reaches $50.00.
